本私隱政策說明當你使用 HKCardColl mobile app、網站及相關服務時，我們如何收集、使用、儲存、披露及保護個人資料。HKCardColl is operated by POTO Creative Tech Limited. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose and protect personal data when you use HKCardColl, including our mobile app, website and related services.我們會根據香港適用法律處理個人資料，包括《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第 486 章）。

## 1. 我們收集的資料 / Data We Collect### 帳戶及聯絡資料 / Account and contact data- 姓名或顯示名稱 / Name or display name
- 電郵地址 / Email address
- 電話號碼，如用於登入或帳戶驗證 / Phone number, if used for login or account verification
- 由支援的登入服務提供的登入識別資料，例如 Apple Sign In 或 Google Sign-In / Login identifiers from supported sign-in providers### 個人檔案及公開內容 / Profile and public content- 用戶名稱、個人頭像、個人簡介 / Username, profile photo and bio
- 公開帖子、評論、關注及社交互動 / Public posts, comments, follows and social interactions
- 公開收藏家或商戶檔案資料 / Public collector or merchant profile information### 收藏及卡牌資料 / Collection and card data- 加入你作品集的卡牌 / Cards added to your portfolio
- 卡名、系列、語言、版本、grade 及數量 / Card name, set, language, version, grade and quantity
- 入手價、估值及作品集紀錄 / Purchase price, estimated value and portfolio records
- 你選擇上載或掃描的圖片 / Images you choose to upload or scan### 市場、訊息及商戶資料 / Marketplace, messages and merchant data- 商品 listing、listing 相片、標價、狀況、grade、語言及備註 / Product listings, listing photos, asking price, condition, grade, language and notes
- App 內訊息、商品查詢、買取查詢 / In-app messages, product enquiries and buy-in enquiries
- 商戶認證資料、店舖名稱、商業聯絡資料、商業登記或相關證明文件 / Merchant verification data, shop name, business contact details and business registration documents### 技術及使用資料 / Technical and usage data- 裝置類型、作業系統、App 版本 / Device type, operating system and app version
- 錯誤記錄、效能資料 / Crash logs and performance data
- 產品互動資料，例如瀏覽畫面、點擊按鈕及功能使用情況 / Product interaction data, such as screens viewed, buttons tapped and feature usage### AI 掃描及圖片處理資料 / AI scan and image processing data當你使用 AI 掃描、相機上載、listing 上載或圖片相關功能時，你提供的圖片可能會被處理，以識別卡牌資料、支援搜尋、審核內容或建立 listing。

## 2. 我們如何使用資料 / How We Use Data我們使用資料以 / We use data to:- 建立及管理你的帳戶 / Create and manage your account
- 提供登入、身份驗證及帳戶安全 / Provide login, authentication and account security
- 提供卡牌搜尋、AI 掃描、作品集、價格參考、listing、商戶及社交功能 / Provide card search, AI scan, portfolio, price reference, listing, merchant and social features
- 顯示你的公開檔案、帖子、listing 及商戶資料 / Display your public profile, posts, listings and merchant information
- 儲存及管理你的收藏紀錄 / Store and manage your collection records
- 處理 listing 查詢、買取查詢及 App 內訊息 / Process listing enquiries, buy-in enquiries and in-app messages
- 審核商戶認證申請 / Review merchant verification applications
- 偵測濫用、詐騙、垃圾訊息、假貨 listing 或違規內容 / Detect abuse, fraud, spam, counterfeit listings or prohibited content
- 審核用戶生成內容 / Moderate user-generated content
- 改善 App 效能、穩定性及用戶體驗 / Improve app performance, stability and user experience
- 回覆支援請求 / Respond to support requests
- 遵守法律、監管或執法要求 / Comply with legal, regulatory or enforcement requirements我們不會出售你的個人資料。
We do not sell your personal data.

## 3. 公開資料 / Public Information部分資料可能會對其他用戶顯示，包括你的顯示名稱、用戶名稱、頭像及簡介、公開帖子及評論、公開 listing、公開商戶頁面、公開賣家或店舖資料，以及你選擇公開的收藏資料。Some information may be visible to other users, including your display name, username, profile photo and bio, public posts and comments, public listings, public merchant pages, public seller or shop information, and public collection information if you choose to make it visible.請不要上載你不希望其他用戶看到的個人資料。Please do not upload personal information that you do not want other users to see.

## 4. 第三方服務供應商 / Third-Party Service Providers我們可能使用第三方服務供應商營運 HKCardColl，包括雲端資料庫及身份驗證、圖片儲存、AI 卡牌辨識、內容審核、錯誤監測及診斷、分析及效能量度、電郵、SMS 或登入服務，以及價格參考及卡牌資料來源。We may use third-party service providers for cloud database and authentication, image storage, AI card recognition, content moderation, diagnostics, analytics, email, SMS or login services, and price reference or card data sources.這些供應商只可在向我們提供服務所需範圍內處理資料。部分供應商可能在香港以外地區處理或儲存資料。

## 5. AI 掃描及上載圖片 / AI Scan and Uploaded Images如你使用 AI 掃描或上載圖片，你的圖片可能會被發送至我們的系統或指定服務供應商作處理。處理用途可能包括卡牌辨識、圖片審核、搜尋配對、listing 建立或作品集管理。If you use AI scan or upload images, your image may be sent to our systems or selected service providers for processing. This may include card recognition, image moderation, search matching, listing creation or portfolio management.AI 掃描結果只作輔助用途。你應在儲存或發布前自行檢查及確認卡牌資料。

## 6. App 私隱及追蹤 / App Privacy and TrackingHKCardColl 不會將個人資料用於第三方廣告追蹤。我們不會將個人資料出售予資料經紀。HKCardColl does not use personal data for third-party advertising tracking. We do not sell personal data to data brokers.如日後有任何變更，我們會在開始相關使用前更新本私隱政策及 App Store 私隱資料。

## 7. 資料保留 / Data Retention我們只會在本私隱政策所述目的合理需要的期間內保留個人資料。一般保留期限包括 / Typical retention periods include:- 帳戶資料：帳戶有效期間 / Account data: while your account remains active
- 作品集及 listing 資料：當資料儲存在你的帳戶內，或服務紀錄需要時 / Portfolio and listing data: while stored in your account or required for service records
- 訊息及查詢：在提供通訊及爭議參考所需期間 / Messages and enquiries: while needed to provide communication and dispute reference
- 商戶認證紀錄：商戶帳戶有效期間，以及關閉後的合理期間 / Merchant verification records: while the merchant account is active and for a reasonable period after closure
- 技術記錄：在安全、除錯及診斷所需的有限期間 / Technical logs: for a limited period required for security, debugging and diagnostics
- 法律或合規紀錄：適用法律要求的期間 / Legal or compliance records: for the period required by applicable law當你刪除帳戶時，我們會刪除或匿名化個人資料，除非基於法律、安全、防詐騙或爭議處理目的而需要保留。

## 8. 帳戶刪除 / Account Deletion你可以透過 App 內可用功能要求刪除帳戶，或聯絡 hello@hkcardcoll.hk。You may request account deletion through the app where available, or by contacting hello@hkcardcoll.hk.收到刪除要求後，我們會在合理時間內處理。部分紀錄可能因法律、安全、防詐騙、爭議處理或合規目的而被保留。## 9. 資料安全 / Data Security我們會使用合理的技術及組織措施保護個人資料，包括權限控制、加密傳輸及安全儲存做法。任何互聯網服務都不能保證完全安全。你有責任保護自己的登入方式及裝置安全。We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls, encrypted transmission and secure storage practices. No internet service can guarantee complete security. You are responsible for keeping your login method and device secure.

## 10. 你的權利 / Your Rights在適用法律下，你可以要求 / Subject to applicable law, you may request to:- 查閱我們持有關於你的個人資料 / Access personal data we hold about you
- 更正不準確的個人資料 / Correct inaccurate personal data
- 刪除你的帳戶或個人資料 / Delete your account or personal data

## 11. 兒童及未成年人 / Children and MinorsHKCardColl 並非為 13 歲以下用戶而設。18 歲以下用戶只應在父母或監護人同意及監督下使用市場、listing、買取或交易相關功能。HKCardColl is not intended for users under 13 years old. Users under 18 should only use marketplace, listing, buy-in or transaction-related features with consent and supervision from a parent or guardian.

## 12. 跨境資料傳輸 / Cross-Border Data Transfer部分服務供應商可能在香港以外地區儲存或處理資料。使用 HKCardColl 即表示你理解你的資料可能會被傳輸至其他司法管轄區並在當地處理。Some of our service providers may store or process data outside Hong Kong. By using HKCardColl, you understand that your data may be transferred to and processed in other jurisdictions.

## 13. 本政策的變更 / Changes to This Policy我們可能不時更新本私隱政策。如有重大變更，我們會透過 App、網站或其他合理方式通知用戶。We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users through the app, website or other reasonable means.
